Horses are my love and horse racing is my passion.
Growing up in Barbados my family owned three racehorses, Latest Fling, Blimey Charlie and Shy Boy.
My favourite childhood memories are of me and my dad going to the Barbados Garrison Savannah race track to watch the races (and our horses when they did race.)
Unfortunately, horse racing isn't a sport that garners enough media attention in Toronto.
The run of the mill stories about specific stakes races or on the flip side the slaughter of racehorses seems to be the staple of horse racing news spotlighted in the mainstream media.
This website is just a small endeavour to showcase the happily ever after stories of racehorses that do get a second chance and finish first in someone's life.
